i do 25 min treadmill + 1000 rope jumps ( 4 days/week) since 2 weeks and sweat a lotttttt BUT no change in the weight :( :S i feel the same..
Is it because im not dieting or sumthing .?
i think my weight is OK .? but i want the curves .. instead of bulging belly & fat around the waist n flanks & Arms too ! wht shud i do.?

You're at a great weight! don't look to lose any, just look to tone and get physically fit. If you're eating about the same calories that you're burning off.. then no you won't lose weight and won't gain. If you wanna calculate calories I recommend a site like this: http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/b...
it'll tell you approx. how much you burn a day, add that with your exercise and look to eat less calories than that to lose weight. (remember 3500 calories = 1lb)
