Does salad make you fat if your in Starvation Mode?!


Question: Does salad make you fat if your in Starvation Mode.?
I havent ate in 3 days so that means my body is in starvation mode, so if i eat a salad today does that mean my body will eat all of the salad and turn into fat maybe i should just keep starving since people say if i eat i will just put all the weight back on huh lol so will the salad make me put my weight back on.?Health Question & Answer

It depends on what is on the salad. If you drown your iceberg lettuce in cheese and bacon and ham and creamy dressing (i.e., the stuff that the fast "food" places try to pass off as "healthy" to try and make themselves look good), then you might as well have nothing.

As one who likes to eat, and eat constantly and is blessed with ample food, I don't know why somebody would deliberately starve him or herself. What I do is just stick with whole, real foods and I don't worry about my weight, calories, etc. also, if I go too long without eating, I get lightheaded and crabby. eat all the salad you'd like & soup is good too- any and all fruits and veggies in any amount. just cut out dairy and red meat completely and sugar of course (sweets)... drink plenty of water & take a multivitamin, chew lots of gum and you'll see results fastHealth Question & Answer
