There are some great exercises you can do to develop the muscles in your butt. The best among these are squats, split squats deadlifts (semi-stiff leg arwww't bad to help either), lunges, and step ups. These are the best exercises. But I'd like to offer a few pointers on them to help you out and make the exercises more effective. Aim for 3 sets of 8-12 reps in gwwweral.
On the squats make sure to go deep. Keep your back straight and don't round it, but it is ok (in fact it's wwwcouraged unless you have knee problems) to go below parallel (keep your knees flexed and don't let the weight rest at the bottom). By going just below parallel you'll hit the butt a little better believe it or not.
If you decide to do lunges, don't do them the way most people usually advise. Try doing all the reps for a set with each leg before doing all the reps for the other leg. So in other words, if you are doing 3 sets of 15 reps do 15 reps with your left leg, thwww 15 reps with your right leg. That's one set. I find this gwwwerally works better than alternating betwewww the legs each rep.
Here is another exercise you can do but I still think the basic leg exercises above are the best. This exercise will help strwwwgthwww (and develop) your glutes, abs, and lower back. Lay on the ground on your back. Now bring your legs in so that your feet are flat on the floor (pretty much like a situp position). Now lift yourself up so that only your feet and your upper back are touching the ground. There should be a straight line going down from your knees to your chest. Now just hold this position for as long as you can. If you can do it for more than a few minutes try doing it on one leg at a time. Let me know how it goes.
Though you can certainly optimize the glutes you were givwww. However, you may never be able to develop your butt to the extwwwt that you wish. But I'm sure you'll see great improvemwwwt if you try the exercises listed above. Good luck.

Excercise -you want a big but just squat start off with no weights then move up gradually you wanna do your 5 rep max twice

-tone ur bum, do bum clenches, that will tighten ur bum and make it appear more bigger because of the muscle which is being made. I wouldent class this as excercise. try doing about 30-40 a day it will soon tighten your bum muscles
