Feeling muscle pain after work out ?? Need Help..?!

Question: Feeling muscle pain after work out .?.? Need Help...?
Hi everyone, I've been working out 4 times a week for 4 months almost.. I see some results(not as much as I want to see) but my question is after I do an exercise, for instance bicep curl, I feel my biceps sore and tense but in 10 min. that soreness, tenseness just disappear. I don't feel tense at all ..and at the end of my work out , I only feel tired.. I don't feel any tenseness or that muscle pain which makes you feel like you got a good work out.. feels like I wasn't the one that lifted all that weight..I also max out pretty much every exercise I do.. I just don't get it.. some poeple say that they feel it next day even or so.. I don't even feel it after 10 min. of work out.. what should I do.?.? what's wrong with me .? Health Question & Answer

Iv actually had similar problems. Its good that you feel the muscles when your actually doing the exercise, which proves your doing it right. The pain does go away after a while once you stop doing the exercises. Nothing you can do about that. its natural. As for feeling the soreness the next day, it isnt the end of the world if u dont. If you are doing full body workouts, than only for the first few times it will hurt. If you are doing split workouts, meaning one body part a day, then you should feel it the next day, if you dont try going to failure more. And as for your lack of results, your like me trying to gain muscle. You just get protein powder such as Whey and take it after every workout. You can also get the nutritional drink NUTRAMENT which you should have in between meals. also, as far as diet goes, stick to high calorie dense foods and try to east 3 big meals and 3 small meals a day

hope this helpedHealth Question & Answer

I think you should actually warm up before you work out. Don't push yourself too hard but pushing yourself a bit hard is good. Not too hard!Health Question & Answer
