You can go on a crazy all rice diet and lose 30 lbs, but if 10 of those are water and 10 of those are muscle and 10 of those are fat, you've just lost 30 lbs and look just as fat as you did when you started. What the hell did you gain other than starving yourself and denying yourself of the pleasure of eating.? Yep, stalled your metabolism. Which means as soon as you go off this horrible diet, your body will reverse this trend of burning fat for energy and will turn just about anything you put into your mouth into fat.

Ughh who knows. If you mean literally just rice then it depends how much you ate. You'd be depriving yourself of key vitamins and minerals that help in metabolism boost so its a bad idea. being a doctor, I feel i must suggest u that only consumption of rice will not help u to loose ur weight and u will end up with vital loss of essential nutrientsts in ur body.
I must suggest if u want to loose ur weight and want that absolute curves..
go for healthy diet plan.
Like
take a fruit, germinated grams and a glass of mil in morning
have a fruit between 11.30-12.30
in lunch have some rice, chapati, one bowl daal and some green leafy vegetables and salad
for evening take a glass of milk and light snacks
for dinner have a soup of your choice and chappatis (1-2) with vegetables and salad

also go for carrot and pomegrante juice once in a week

exercise regularly for minimum one or one and half hour daily.
Simplest way is to do Pranayam.

I am saying this as my gf followed this routine and she lost 4.5 kgs within one and half month.
she does pranayam regularly.
