I kinda hit a bit of a plateau and i here if you work you legs it realses hormones or something. I jog every day so I never really thought I needed to work my legs. So do I if i want to see results again.Health Question & Answer

To break your plateau, try mixing up the routine. Your body might have adapted to the regular jogging. Try upping the intensity or distance covered.

Yes, performing squats and deadlifts apparently triggers a hormonal response that will help your whole body gain more muscle. also stop jogging every day if you want to build strong legs. You'd be better off doing a couple of sprint sessions a week. After a warm up, sprint 100 metres walk back to the start and sprint again. Repeat up to ten times.
