Question: Good way to build mustle and strength without impacting your height.?
I want to increase my strength and my biceps, forearms *basically whole arm* muscles =P

Quit being a pussy and stop worrying about your height. The smaller you are the more pronounced your muscles will work. On a serious note, what's the big deal about losing an inch or so.? Anyways, bench is shoulder and chest more than anything, so as a substitution do pushups (until you quit being a pussy and stop worrying about your height). When pushups get to easy for you, get someone to drop a 20 pound bar weight on your back and just keep on moving up.
