Diet Pill Question Do they really work?!

Question: Diet Pill Question Do they really work.?
Does Alli really work.? and what about xenadrine.? Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Alli is the only FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved drug to make you lose weight. It does work - but how it works is kinda unfortunate.

Alli "blocks" 1/4 of the fat you consume, so instead of digesting it, it will just come out. To be frank, you will end up having fatty oil leaking out all day, many people have to quit because they soil themselves. That being said, some people have used it successfully by just avoiding fat all together. This not only blocks fat, but punishes you for eating it...you definitely don't want to be in public after eating something bad unless you have a change of undergarments.

Sorry to be so graphic, but I just want you to know what you're getting into. Health Question & Answer

Just my personal opinion, if you really want to lose weight, do it healthily by exercising and eating right. Change your lifestyle to a positive one.

I don't know much about diet pills, but I don't really recommend you to go for them, they might contain harmful substances which is harmful to your health. Even though some are labeled natural whatsoever, we don't really know natural it is actually.
