Question: I am 5' 4" and I have weighed 110 lbs most of my adult life (except for being pregnant). About a year and a .?
half ago I gained up to around 125 lbs. I really didn't mind the extra few pounds, in fact I thought I looked healthier. Within the past six months I have lost down to 103 lbs. I do not have an eating disorder, but i don't have much of an appetite anymore, and most of the time I feel nauseous during or after eating. I look and feel like crap. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong with me, and how can I get better.?Health Question & Answer

Such precipitous and non-deliberate weight changes are an indication that you need to have a medical examination, the sooner, the better. The first thing they will look for is any possible diseases that they can find with lab tests. If those are negative, they will get more aggressive in looking for a cause. Don't wait until you are 95 or 90 pounds to do this. The trend you are showing indicates that is where you are headed unless you take some concrete action to find out the cause and address it.Health Question & Answer
