Question: Weight loss help! Serious questions only please :).?
I am the pickiest eater ever. I hardly like anything, the problem is most of the stuff I do like is food or drinks that are not good for you. I'm trying to lose weight, but it seems impossible if im not eating right. I have tried to eat better but if I don't like it, I cannot eat it. :[ What do I do.? I want to loss weight and tone up.

also I work out for 30 mins 3 week.

if you are doing cardio in your work outs. That is good. That makes you sweat and burn fat.

When I used to eat meat, i would eat a chicken and broccoli stir fry with some healthy oils.

My biggest vice still today is carbs, the are good, but you have to monitor your intake.

Vegitables are of course excellant. Sometimes you just need to force yourself to like them, steam them (they have less flavor then). Mix them in with other foods your like. So they act as more of a filler.

Do not eat 3 meals a day
eat 4-5 meals a day

some times I think is because we worry so much about our weight why we gain weight. you are a picky eater but you are still over weight. stop worrying so much about the little that you eat and treat yourself to what you like so long as you do it in moderation. don't worry about eating stuff you don't like. take some of the worry off and be happt. you will lose weight then. here is a natural health tip for losing weight. organic unrefined virgin coconut oil. take one table spoon full morning and one late afternoon. if you can't swallow it comes in pill form or you can use bread to soak it up. Burning fat is NOT that difficult as it is made out to be, trust me, I used to be very obese earlier but I weigh normal now.

There are no short-cuts, you will need to exercise regularly and eat right. Jog on the treadmill for 20 mins daily and then cycle for another 20 mins. After that, pump some iron to boost your metabolism.
