If i lift weights for endurance, is that 15 - 20 reps with a moderate weight, 2 minute rest then into the next?!


Question: If i lift weights for endurance, is that 15 - 20 reps with a moderate weight, 2 minute rest then into the next.?
set.? do i do this for one month, then the next do i go heavy so id do 1-8 or is it 8- 12.?.?

Answers:
its horses for courses mate: depending on your goals ie if you want to stay lean or bulk up, for staying lean i would do as your doing 15 to 20 reps with a weight your able to lift easly through every rep but only doing three or four sets per muscle group for the first week and then on the second week increase the weight to that just beyond your limmitations repeat week one on the third week and so on for that month, if however you want to bulk up i would suggest slightly more weight less reps but more sets say six to eight with reps of eight to twelve as you suggested: remember its more to do with form rather than weight good form better results good luck in reaching your goals :]Health Question & Answer
