okay so b4 i had like the perfect stomache!! but now after a week my perfect stomache is startingg to become no more. :(
is there anywayy to help get my stomache back into shape.?
and is there also anyway to help lose some weight off myy thighs.?.?

the best way to lose your stomach belly is to do sit up i know you heard that a lot but it really helps. you don't need to do like 100 or whatever a day all you need to do is maybe 20-30 every night before you go to sleep and another thing i learn was that you should never go to sleep after you eat because that's how your getting your belly wait into an hour or two after you finish eating. and for your thigh you should do more walking or you know like when you lay down on the bed put your leg up and start moving your legs like your riding a bike it helps me. and about eating what i do is i eat light stuff for breakfast a heavy lunch like a sandwich or something that will make you kinda full and at night for dinner eat something light you must eat at least 3times a day i have a friend that only eat once all day and when she eats she eat like all at once and i realize that by doing that she has been gaining a lot of weight so that's really bad, but anyway my point is never eat into your full just eat into you think your okay or just enough. anyway good luck!Health Question & Answer

Firstly, I think you have to identify the cause of your problem first. Do you know why do you get out of shape.? Is it due to wrong food choices of lack of exercising.? If you get to know the cause, it will be easier for you to get in shape. Anyway, to get back in shape, you should exercise. Try to exercise about half an hour a day for a few times a week. You can choose the exercises you enjoy doing. I have read that spot reduction exercise isn't really effective, but you will tone up your problem areas when your whole body starts to get in shape. Remember to eat right too, it is hard to get in shape if you do no practice good eating habits! Drink more water.

When you lose weight it is all over, not any particular part. So to lose weight from your thighs, just lose weight.

cardio, especially running. Its the best way to tone your tummy. Eat lots of salads, stay away from sugar. Cardio will also help with your thighs.

This is what my personal trainer recommeded to me...

20 mins stairmaster
1 min jumping jacks( 3times)
1 min jump rope (3times)
