Question: Help with diets/weight loss.?
can anyone suggest a diet i can use to help with tummy weight.?nothing to 'intense' but somthing effective. Please dont leave answers saying you should be happy with your wieght because i have accepted that im overwieght and im trying to deal with it, not leave myself with health problems.Health Question & Answer

Well, you could do a Food Diary, where you write down what you have eaten each day and you could then see at the end of each week, where you are eating something you shouldn't or you will see what meals you have and how you could have made them healthier.

The reason why there's only one solution for all of these problems is because it's impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.

When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.

The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs. well,perhaps you can exercise weekly,go to the gym...anywhere as long as there's room for you to exercise(outdoor ones is better).
Don't overdo(exercise) though or else you'll disable, eat regularly and healthily(vegetables,fruits,etc) will be fine.Health Question & Answer

cut out a food witch you find tempting like chocolate, also do sit ups and do light jogging up and down your road or
