I had a big breakfast today and I ate too much. I had 1 1\2 of peanut butter and jelly sandwich then I had an english muffin with peanut butter and jelly. I know I ate a lot, but should I skip lunch.? About how many calories did I have for breakfast.?Health Question & Answer

Don't skip your meals because you made a mistake.
Shrug it off and go on with your day.
However, if you're not hungry at lunch, don't eat.
Personally, your breakfast hardly sounds big. :/
