Im 14 im 5'7 and i want to get in shape by december. i weigh 152 pounds.

Make an easy daily (5 days a week apart from your most stressful days) workout you can do in 30 minutes or less than leaves you breathless.

You can do it while at work through the day or together at the end or start, whenever you have most time. I take a break from the computer screen every 2 hours for 50 crunches, 50 press ups and 50 more crunches - if I miss I roll them over. You might prefer running or dancing etc after/during school.

Be aware that at 14 your body needs more food just to grow. You can expect to eat at LEAST twice a normal adult diet! I certainly did.Health Question & Answer
