Fast Muscle Building..?!


Question: Fast Muscle Building...?
Okay well, i'm pretty nervous about asking this and all but..

Ive never lifted weights a day in my life, and i'm 15 and yeah, and i'm kinda sick of kids at school making fun of me because i cant necessarily lift as much as them and all, but i'd like to start lifting weights and get my muscles bigger ( mostly my arms where i can shove it back in thier face and getting a sixpack would be nice ;) ) but i'm scared to lift at school where i'd get made fun of.. i have a small weight set and tredmill at my house, any suggestions on a workout that could give me the best results in a language i can understand.

Everyone has to start somewhere, you're only 15 so don't mind others making fun of you because you can't lift heavy weights. There are many routines you can do with freeweights I suggest if you're serious about working out go to bodybuilding.com and check out some beginner workouts. wow first of all you would have to start slow in the weights you know so you could advance and put more weight try to go for a ten pound weights to start getting use to it. at the beggining your muscles are going to hurt but they get use to it. you could also try and eat some protein and that would increase the process try the protein shakes they are good and healthy you would increase muscle and since you dont go to the gym do push ups in your house, or try to do some pull ups that would help you greatly Health Question & Answer
