to be honest it's cute having quite a chubby face even if it's big compared to your body.
If you drink lots of promegrant juices and lemon juices and lime juices this will probably reduce it. also doing facial exercises.
It's best to do exercise daily this will probably tone down and reduce the fat in your face like when you sweat, get red etc.
also, as you grow older you face will become more and more developed, the roundness of your face will fade away.
