Question: I need to lose weight but how.?
im 14, i don't have a good metabolism and i have been on a lot of crash diets i am not obese but i have a round belly and some people at school ask me if im pregnant, i lost 26 pound but it think i got them back, i don't want to go on another diet and my mom wont help at all. whats the best way for me to lose weight i no im not fat and i dont want to hear it i just want a good and healthy way to shed 25-30 pounds i want to see my self as being pretty and not fat or chubby some one plz help!Health Question & Answer
