i am 5'2"
how can i get down to 120 by christmas.?

in a healthy way!

and i cannot cut soda out completely

try this way of eating

Mon-Fri

am
1 whole lemon squeezed into 2 ounces room temp water and drink 30 minute before your breakfast

1 apple
1 serving oatmeal with 1/2 cup soy
or
1 apple
1 cup Cheerios and 1/2 cup low fat milk or soy milk

lunch
1 apple
4 ounces chicken , turkey or tuna (protein)
or
1/2 cup beans
2 cups fresh veggies

snack
kashi bar
open face nut butter whole grain sandwich
1 ounce cheese with 7 crackers

dinner
4 ounces same meat choices as lunch
1.2 cup grain, slice bread,
2 cups raw veggies
or 2 servings 1/2 cup cooked veggies

My friend has been going to the gym like 3 times a week, not eating after 6pm, eating breakfast, and limiting herself to 1200 calories a day. Really, it's the calorie intake. My other friend limited HIS calorie intake and lost a good amount of weight. 1)Eat healthy smaller portions. If you need to have a snack, eat an apple or a banana.
