Question: How can I stop this.? I think I might have a problem...?
I am 5'5" I weight 130 pounds on the dot

um..I hate the way that I look.
I really want to lose 15-20 pounds.

Monday-Friday 1 run 3 miles
But I do not seem to be losing any weight.
Am I gaining muscle or what.?
The more I exercise the more I feel like eating.
The more I eat, the more I feel like crap.

Every meal I have at home all I think about is why I shouldn't finish dinner.
All I do is think about food, food, food.

Get involved in something.Your weight is in the normal
Change your diet it sounds like you are eating the wrong foods.
High sugar foods and processed foods can make you crave.
Eat a apple before each meal
