Question: Help plz..nervous..is this calcium deficiency.?
so jst a lil bakground im 18yrs old && im 5"9..i would guess that im about 50-55 pounds over weight...and i dont eat bananas(i dont like em) and im lactose and tolerant so i dont drink very much milk =/
so lately my legs have been buggiing me they feel real tight&&tense..they feel 'achy' and i dont do much i dont really exercise i kno i should be but ive been lazy too for pratcially the whole summer..(i kno ur probly thinking what a lazy b****) but ya plus i have really high anxiety about anything&everything..
i was jst thinking do u think its a calcium/potassium deficiency and plus my weight and cause im not getting enough blood circulated to my legs cuz i havent exercised =[

My opinion: I think because you are an anxious person you are imagining that you have sore legs so that you have something to worry about, i advise you just chill out, and start living life!

General Anxiety Statistics: 95% of the things you worry about will NEVER happen, the other 5% are gonna happen anyways, you cant influence them,

Don't quote me on my opinion, im not sure i think you should go to the doctor and ask him/her.
