Teenage Unfit Problems?!
Question: Teenage Unfit Problems.?
I'm a 15 year old guy. And I'm round about 60kg and I clock in at 6'2". I'm very unenegetic I don't exercise very frequently and I've got a similar strength to that of a toothpick. I've not been very sensitive about my fitness until recently. I'm definetly not as strong. But I'm the tallest person in my grade.
I mean I don't want to no advertisments but is this normal that someone of my age should really be this weak. I can run about 1500m before I completely give way but by then I'm feeling extremely weak and I have shaky legs.
I spend no more than maximum 6 hours doing anything really active. Am I exercising enough.? Is this normal that I seem to sacrifice all of my spare time to my hobby (not vid gaming).Health Question & Answer

You need to eat more. Start gaining some muscle. It sounds like you need to gain around 10 pounds. Gain some weight, tone, and increase your level of physical activity and you'll be feeling better in no time! And maybe..get a social life.

omg you are exercising enough! you might be exercising to much! they say you only NEED 3 hours of exercise at the most 3 times a week or so, if you are really active. at least 1 hour of cardio 3 times a week to stay fit. you might want to tone down your routine!!!Health Question & Answer
