right i am 13 as you already no i am skinny but i get bullied because i am skinny and i want to get bigger so they wont but will it stunt my growth if i do weights and how can i get bigger and stronger help pleaseHealth Question & Answer

Listen mate, dont listen to them. I'm 13 myself and I'm trying to gain muscle as well. So I do use weights, but they're only 3kg. So get only light dumbells, not really heavy ones. As I'm a bodybuilder, I workout on set days. But I suggest you choose exercises which workout each bodypart most, and keep doing them. For example, dumbell curls for biceps, do like 3x20, Dips for triceps, 3x20, Dumbell flyes for chest, 3x25 etc. Just keep doing that but also rest on some days. And eat really good. Hardly eat any sweets or desserts, they have fat. So eat a lot of veg, meat and water and you'll be sorted. GOOD LUCK MATE!Health Question & Answer
