If you can set a target of two weeks, you will start to see some benefit. That will spur you on for the next two weeks.

When the craving comes, you have to stop and ask 'Do I really need all this food.? Is it really making me happy.? Do I really want it.? Won't I feel miserable, disappointed and ill when I am finished.?' Always keep sight of what the results will be if you are strong.

I can only echo other people in that drinking plenty of water/fluids (not alcohol!!!) helps the hunger pangs. It isn't easy, but you can do it.
