your not fat, they're just not strong! ha if you're honestly wanting to lose a few pounds...try cutting out sodas, if you're going to drink them, go diet. use sweetners like splenda on your cereal or anything else you might put sugar on. the absolute quickest way to lose weight is cut out carbs. i've done this a few times and lost about 4-6lbs in a week. it's hard to do, but if you're really concerned(which i don't think you should be) then this is a good approach. i usually ate egg whites w/ turkey bacon in the morning(i drank lite juice or milk, so i had a few carbs), lunch...a salad with tuna or chicken...with lots of veggies, carrots have quite a few carbs in them, so they aren't the best choice. dinner i would have like a grilled chicken breast and lots of veggies...or a burger without the bun...good luck hun, i think those girls were just being meanHealth Question & Answer

jeez that's brutal. 80lbs 5' that's definitely NOT fat you're probably a little under your ideal weight. You should be around 90lbs-100lbs at that age and height.

But if it's really bothering you, cut all soft drinks and juices, drink water only stay away from junk food and fast food read nutrition labels stay away from anything that's high in fats count your calories etc etc. good luck. Health Question & Answer
