Why is it bad for teenagers to diet?!
Question: Why is it bad for teenagers to diet.?
Answers:
It's bad for anyone to diet unless they are obese. See, diets usually don't give your body enough calories or nutrients, which causes health problems. Even diets that are all right for adults aren't all right for teens, because teens need many more calories to grow and develop. Rather then a diet, it's best just to eat healthily and limit junk food to once a week, and get some daily exercise. Counting calories is perfectly okay though, as long as you get enough. it's not THAT bad... it helps to shape your body when you grow up... for example if you're fat and you don't diet, your body will be fat for the rest of your life you don't exercise or diet... but if you do it early, it helps you trim down easier...Health Question & Answer
