I try to eat healthy and exercise, but I always forget or tell myself that I'll start doing that tomorrow. How can I get into a habit of being active and eating healthy.?Health Question & Answer

You make hundreds of decisions about your diet and exercise every day; instead of trying to make the perfect decision every time, just try to choose the healthier option more often.
