What type of food and exercises?!

Question: What type of food and exercises.?
Okay so trying to get in shape and eat a little bit more healthier. I'm turning 16 here soon and think it's a good time to start thinking about my health. I want to know what type of exercises I should be doing...I'm just starting jogging right now. And also if i should cut back on sugar, I'm a huge chocolate person, what girl isn't. So just a list of exercises I should start doing, what type of food I should and shouldn't be eating. Thanks so much in advance!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
exercise: jog, walk, hike, bike ride, swim, dance those are all full body exercise that what you need to do for your age.

meal: EAT balanced meal from carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, water.
I love chocolate too. chocolate is anti oxidant which is good for health,
but if you eat lots of junk and on top of that you eat chocolate is bad idea. so you have to cut sugar intake from meal if you want to eat Chocolate (complex carbs: like white rice, breads, pasta) those are good carbs but you have to give up one way or the other or for instance if you ate Chocolate then that day you refrain eating too much sugar (carbs)

OK summary, Do full body exercise 30min. everyday
Eat smart, balanced diet food from carbs, protein, fat, fiber, water.
chocolate eat before and after exercise.
eat natural food, don't eat canned food.( which more sodium that you need to avoid)
eat small meal several times a day (ideal)
drink Green Tea and lot of water throughout a day.
drink green tea.

Here's a free article about the foods you should and shouldn't eat. And, don't completely deny yourself chocolate. Allow yourself one small piece each day-like for dessert after dinner-and, it should not be over 100-120 calories. Snack size chocolate is good, or chocolate pudding cup, or fudge bar, etc.
