Question: I need to lose weight in 2 months for a cruise!.?
ok, im going on a cruise in 2 months and im not fat i just want to lose weight in a few areas and firm up for my bikini. im naturally muscular so i just need the right advice so i know what im doing. and im a teen so nothing drastic like pills and starvation.Health Question & Answer

8 weeks can be plenty of time for a small transformation...just make sure you get to the gym 4 to 6 times a week (I always say I saw my best results when I went to the gym 6x a week...never 7; your body does need rest to heal!), and focus on things like push-ups (From the knees since you're a girl), crunches, and look up exercises like tricep extensions, shoulder presses, and lunges with 5 lb dumbbells to get some nice muscle definition and toning in the upper arms (the girls in the best shape at my gym don't shy away from those exercises...they hit them and the cardio machines equally and it seems to work for them!) Thats the best advice I can give from a guy's perspective. Of course, eating right, trying not to succumb to fatty cravings for the next 2 months, and keeping focused on your goal are also key, but you seem to be aware of those obvious things. :) Good luck!Health Question & Answer

ok so here's a free no gym needed way too,

make your food proportions almost half less than usual no starving of course just small portions,
daily 100 crunch and 50 squats brake into smaller reps just make sure they equal that number

and jog around your neighbor hood every other day
substitute your soda and other calorie drinks with water
