Question: Ok...I'd want you to help me.....?
Im about 5'5 and im about 194 lbs....
In the morning i get up and 6:45 am and get ready for school and my brother drives me there......I play volleyball and i do hip hop and jazz dancing every monday night ...and in my p.e class...We do 10 laps around the gym...we do 100 sit-ups or push ups or reverse sit ups/push ups as jumping jacks(every day)...Depends on what mood hes in lol..and usually i walk home..
and When i come home
I usually have a snack and get on the computer
im on it for a bit then i start on my homework, and Then do my choirs somewhere in there eat dinner and get back on the computer ....and then take a shower and go to bed around 11:00 pm
i think im very active in sports...and i think i do well when it comes to Food...

Is there anything im doing wrong.?....I don't think i should weigh 194 lbs...But i must be doing something wrong....If u can answer it..it would be really helpfulHealth Question & Answer

Well firstly, weight isn't the only indication in regards to your question. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat because it is more compact. For example a lb of fat would be a much larger amount than a lb of muscle.
Dancing requires a lot of muscle, my sister is a ballet/jazz dancer and she is the skinniest thing I have ever seen, and weighs even more than I do because she has a lot of muscle.
So I guess it depends on whether you are happy when you look at yourself, do you think you look like you weigh 194lbs.? If not, then that might be the reason.
also, if you have a big frame this will make you weigh more even if you are healthy.
