when you start to feel stress try doing something else. exercise for example. It releases endorphins to your brain that make you feel good. It will help you feel a hell of a lot less stressed after exercising. I would suggest running, it will give you a runners high and would be a healthier habit. You can do it. you can do anything you set your mind to if you want it bad enough. And when you start thinking the negative thoughts, try to stop your self and think of something positive. Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole grain toast and a banana
Lunch: oatmeal and and apple [oatmeal is so filling]
Dinner: salad and fruit
Snack: pickle [they help when craving salty stuff]

Skip rope for about 10 minuets and do 30 crunches everyday [while watching TV or something]

wheenevr your stressed out, try do steer away from the refridgerator...try entertaining yourself with some activity..read a book, talk to a friend perhaps take a nap.. if they wont work and just just feel the urge to eat... eat a salad. some vegetables...or a low calorie snack..perhaps eat some cerealHealth Question & Answer
