Question: I have 2 months until I go on holiday - can anyone recommend an exercise routine.?
The key aim is to get back into shape and lose weight.

I'm started to go running twice a week and as playing squash regularly. Do you know of any 8 weeks routines I can follow in the gym.?Health Question & Answer

My fitness instructor said that exercise is only about 5% of weightloss, the other 95% comes from diet. He said that the best way to lose weight is to simply replace your daily coffee or tea with a cup of green tea (the proper stuff), i did and lost 4.2kgs in 2weeks, it really detoxes and flushes your body out, it also helps your skin and hair look great !Health Question & Answer

oblique crunches are supposed to be really good for your abs, there are some videos on youtube of how to do them but here's a quick explination:

lay on your back as if you're going to do some regular sit ups with your knees bent. Put your left foot on top of your right knee (or vyce versa whatever you wish to do first) then sit up towards the leg you've got off the floor, hold that position for 4-5 seconds, then come back down, thats one rep. Do as many reps as you can, try to push yourself but dont do so many it becomes detramental, then put the other leg up and do the same on the other side. Remember to breath out as you crunch and in as you rest and keep about an apple's space between your chin and your chest so you dont damage your spineHealth Question & Answer
