I'm trying to work on my abs. I need help finding a good program to do this, maybe 6 week program. I'm already pretty fit and I love to run. I just need a structured program with the right exercises.Health Question & Answer

A great abs workout is to lie on the floor on your back with your knees bent and your shins in the air, parallel to the floor.

Start by doing 10 crunches with your hands reaching towards your bum (just off the floor).

Immediately after that do another 10 reps with your hands reaching towards your toes.

Rite after that do a final 10 with your hands reaching at a 90degree angle to the floor (straight up into the sky).

You then complete the set by doing 15 push-ups. Doing these really pulls your abs muscles and will strengthen your core.

The 3 different angels work different areas of your abs and therefore result in a nice fully toned stomach.

Try do 3 sets of this a day...your abs will be crazy fit!Health Question & Answer
