How can i start to get into shape?!
Question: How can i start to get into shape.?
I'm 16 years old, 5'4, and i am currently at 105lbs. I know im not fat but that doesn't mean im in shape, i mean i can't even do ten push ups with out feeling exhausted, pathetic i know hah. All the fat in me has started to go to my love handles and stomach and i want it gone and to also be in physical shape. I have no way to access a gym everyday let alone once a week so what are some easy exercises that i can do at home to get into shape.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
You could do at least 10-20 a day after every meal, but if you wanna burn and really work it, do about 30-50 instead, run 1-2 laps around your block (I do it in the morning to get the energy flowing through my body), if you can't do push-ups, just try; its worth the burn and the fact that you are trying, is a way to boost up :D
You could try those "protein shakes" or whatcha-call-em's, but I don't recommend those, cause they taste like a strawberry smoothie thats been left out for 3 days. Just do what that one guy said, eat 3-4 veggies and fruits a day. Its good for ya, and like mama always says "an apple a day, keeps the doc' away!" :D
