Question: Can you help me lose 10 pounds.?
I'm 5'5 and I weigh 132 pounds. I recently gained 10 pounds and I need to lose it. I am incredibly fat. I'm so sick of it. I've kept this weight gain on for almost a month. I feel all cushiony and gross. My pants don't fit me well anymore. I now have "muffin tops" or "love handles". Don't say to get a bigger size because I won't. I refuse to go above a size 4. How can I lose this weight.? I've been eating really healthy for about a week now. I was expecting some results already. I also run every day for about 30 minutes. The thing is, I know how to lose all this weight in under a week. I'm so tempted to go back to my old ways. If I don't see some results, I may just have to. first of all; i'm 5'5" and 140 pounds. I dance 5 days a week, eat healthy, and run 3 days a week for abour 20 minutes, drink tons of water as well as doing 200+ crunches at night... and im a size 7!

there's really nothing people online can do to help you loose weight. get off the computer and get active.

Swimming is a really good way to loose weight. If you go swimming at least 2 times a week for about 2 hours each time, and swim and have fun, you'll loose 10 pounds in about a month, and you don't even need to eat healthy to achieve that.
Or, eat healthy and do that, you'll loose the weight a bit faster, and you'll definitely have more energy. DONT go on a diet if your going to swim, you'll have no energy and get no results. And anyways, exercising is so much more healthy for you!

I just did this. I lost 11 lbs in a week. What i did was eat fruit..thats all. I snacked on apples and had pineapple for lunch and strawberrys or melon for dinner.
There are such foods as negative calorie foods and eating any of these is fine. Just search the internet for negative calorie foods.. they are mostly vegetables and fruit.
Drink water if u get really bad hunger pains or have a small piece of plain chicken but it shouldn't b that hard to stick to. you can eat as much fruit as you want.
Carry on with the running and an easy way to burn calories is if ur listening to music just continually jump up and down on the spot!
