Question: Why is this happening.? PLEASE READ ON.?
Why have I not lost weight.? I work out and have slimmed down a bit (arms are thinner- toned and strong and I've lost a jean size) I've only lost 6 lbs in the past 2 months...
Is this normal.?
Sunday-
15 min. jog with Meri
45 minute walk/run with Bella
ab workout

Monday-
15 minute jog with Meri
20 minute walk with Bella
leg workout

Tuesday-
15 minute jog with Meri
45 minute walk/run with Bella
arm work-out

Wednesday-
ab workout
15 minute jog with Meri
20 minute walk with Bella

Thursday-
15 minute jog with Meri
leg work-out

Friday-
15 minute jog with Meri
arm workout
45 minute walk/jog with Bella

Saturday-
15 minute jog with Meri
rest for the rest of the day
