i know its really hard if you dont have to dont, but if you are having a procedure done what i do is drink lots of ice water. have small ice cubes so yo can munch on the ice. if you are having a procedure ask if you can drink broth. that has a flavor and helps with the "real food"craving. see if you can have jello. keep very busy, go the things you have been putting off. and nap too. good luck Health Question & Answer
