Question: Is this a good meal plan.? What would you change/keep.?
I like to plan my meals ahead of time so that I dont end up eating crap. Anyways this is my meal plan for tomorrow. What do you think.?
Breakfast-bowl of cheerios and a banana-260 cals
Snack-Fiber Bar-160 cals
Lunch-whole grain pasta in a light sauce with roasted tomatoes-280 cals
Snack-Broccoli in a low cal cheese sauce-60 cals
Dinner-Baked Chicken with spinach-250 cals

Answers:
Its good that you are eating 5 times a day but they arent all the best meals. Yes you should be eating 5-6 times a day every 2-4 hours but they should all be balanced with a protein, a carb and a good fat. I dont see you eating enough protein at all. Its so important to make sure you are eating about a gram per body weight. So if you weight 120lbs you should eat at least 120 grams of protein a day. Get rid of the fiber bar, it probably has a ton of sugar in it. If you are busy and on the go try a Muscle Milk (small one) and maybe 6 almonds. Cheerios have too much sugar and are a processed food that you should stay away from. Oatmeal and eat whites or some other protein like a protein shake is much better.

Perhaps consider adding a multi-vitamin.
Breakfeast: Consider some oatmeal with an apple... Or how about a hard boiled egg with a plum.? You might even elect to eat only the egg white too.
Lunch: Maybe some steamed vegetables with parsley... less sugar and more bang for your calories.
Snack: An orange, white meat peach, strawberries or etc...
Dinner: Baked Cod or Grouper seasoned with lemon pepper... with spinach and a slice of whole wheat bread and low cal. margarine.? What are your thoughts on broiling the meat/fish.?

Yes it is a good diet but make sure to get some excersize in there too. also the broccoli sounds good but how about have a yougut instead for a snack.? Health Question & Answer
