Question: Is it possible to lose one pound in a day if you jog alot.?
If i jog and workout alot is it possible to lose one pound in a day.? How much/long would i have to jog.? Is it possible to lose 5 lbs of body fat by sunday if i workout like crazy and eat all salad and slim fast.? I know its unhealthy so you dont have to tell me that.Health Question & Answer

Possibly-- but salad and slim fast doesn't necessarily equal lost weight. Focus on eating healthy in general or else when you stop you'll gain it all back.
5 lbs is probably unhealthy, and I know you know that already, but aim for 4 or 3. You'll keep it off better b/c losing too much at once makes your body think you're starving. Which also means it will all come back.Health Question & Answer

i ran track and i did a few other sports and we had to run a few miles everyday and no one loses much weight at all.
the reason for that is the more you do, the more you will need to eat, so unless your planning on really dieting then it won't work.Health Question & Answer
