Did I completely ruin my day?!


Question: Did I completely ruin my day.?
Breakfast: bowl of corn flakes with skim milk and an orange

snack: hard boiled egg

Lunch: Tuna sandwich on whole wheat(low fat mayo, tuna in water) and some almonds

Snack: an orange

Dinner(this is where I messed up BIG time!):

-a soft taco with a little ground beef(waaay less than 1/4 cup) a few drizzles of nacho cheese sauce(the fiesta nacho cheese soup by campbells) and lettuce.
-some tortilla chips with drizzled nacho cheese sauce, ground beef, and a tablespoon of full fat sour cream.

Terrible, terrible to go out this way I know! LOL I have been doing so good for the past week too! I exercised 30 minutes this morning, I think I am going to exercise like 30-45 more minutes tonight too.Health Question & Answer

not as bad as you think, yes it's not good but it could be worse. I would exercise for an hour-2hours. corn flakes aren't that good for you, try high fiber cereals, and instead of a tuna sandwhich (which isn' that bad) try salad soup or veggies.

well dinner wasnt healthiest but make that ur "cheat" day u know that's def not 3500cals more than u burned today u wont lose today but u wont gain it's not that much really no worries just start tomorrow like a fresh start!Health Question & Answer
