Question: How to gain biceps & triceps in 15 days.?
Please don't recommend any drug or an exercise possible through any gym's equipment. I want to know about an exercise which can be did in home. It doesn't matter how stiff it is, the thing which matters I want muscles in 15 days. Don't forget to instruct the exercise. Health Question & Answer

Grab some heavy things you can do bicep curls with at your house and don't stop doing them. When you get too tired to do any more, lower the weight and continue. Make sure not to lean backwards, that's cheating. also try to keep your elbows tucked to your sides and don't move your shoulders. For triceps lie on your back and do extensions. Your not going to get buffed in that amount of time. You might not even be able to SEE results in that time.

But you will NOTICE results if you are dedicated and spend time at whatever you do.
For exampe,
Within my first 2 weeks of working with dumbells, I went from doing about 10-15 reps tops doing 15 pounds on each of the dumbells before my arms couldn't do more. About a week and half later, I was pumping out 30 reps no problem.

All I did was curls, hammer curls, and a few other lifting techniques. Spending maybe 20-30 minutes total on them.

15 days-impossible. You would be lucky if you were at a gym using free weights and machines and you gained a 1/4 inch in 15 days....very lucky. It takes time to build musclesHealth Question & Answer
