Question: What's a good weight to be at 6'9" tall.?
I'm 6'9" 20 years old, and I weigh 260lbs. I'd like to drop another 30lbs or so. What do you think.?Health Question & Answer

It depends on your % of body fat, UNC star Tyler Hansbrough for example is 6'9 and 250lbs, and he is not the least bit overweight, however he also has a very high percentage of muscle. I would guess somewhere between 230 and 250 pounds would be ideal for your height.

For a normal person of that height 220-230 pounds is an ideal weight, and for an athletic person 240-270 is good. I'm 6'10", 230lbs and I think it's a good weight but I want to bulk up to 240-250 with pure muscle :)Health Question & Answer
