Question: Do you take vitamins every day.?
i take multi vitamin like 3x a week. I want to take vitamin B-12, although i herd this is not "good" if taken everyday....Do you know the facts on this.?Health Question & Answer

i was taken women's once a day vitamins everyday but i stopped a while ago cuz i got tired of taking a bunch of pills...lol

as for Vitamin B12 = cobalamin
