Breakfast i had a boiled egg wheat toast and a bananas
Lunch- Chef sald ( take out the ham and add grilled chicken diet green tea
Dinner. Tuna on wheat bread with a apple and peaches
Snack.. Peanut butter..
Try to lose 15lbs by dec 5.

That sounds like an excellent diet as a matter of fact. Wheat is extremely good for you and eggs. You could leave the grilled chicken in there because of its protein but you wouldn't want to eat it daily. Tuna is an excellent source of protein also. also peaches and apples are great fruits to eat. Peanut butter (or peanuts in general) can also reduce the risk of getting heart disease. 1. Your snack needs to be more than just peanut butter. Go for something that combines protein and carbs...so peanut butter on a banana, apple, or piece of whole grain bread.
2. I don't see you listing any kind of exercise. Are you a fan of being thin but FLABBY.? That's where you're headed.
3. "Diet" green tea.? Just go for regular, unsweetened green tea. No need to have that artificial crap in your system.
4. There's nothing wrong with applesauce as long as you get an unsweetened variety. Remember to pair this carb with a protein. Health Question & Answer

Sounds good. Some may say that, it is not the way to diet but a result is a result, and some of the above sounds really yummy. Simple but effective. I have a post about foods that are low in fat and very low in calories, so you can diet without starving. Its all about using nature to work with you. This way you loose weight, but you aren't starving or hungry all the time and your body does not go in to famine mode. This means when you start eating normally again, your body will horde calories in the form of fat. Starvation diets are counter productive. Check out.
