Ways to develop lower abs?!

I'm starting to see muscle in the top part of my abdomen, but the lower area is still kind of flabby. What are some exercises specific to working the lower abs.?Health Question & Answer

1- YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE.
lower abs are more difficult to get showing than upper abs- in general you need to reduce your overall body fat % to be able to see the muscle you build.

leg lifts, crunches, v ups (the last 2 work both upper and lower abs at once).
