Question: How can i maintain after gaining.?
i was very underweight, so i had been gaining weight for the past 3 months.. but im finally at a healthy weight and dont want to gain anymore... how do i stop gaining if i even am anymore.? i dont know. how can i maintain my weight.?Health Question & Answer

To maintain, you just have to find a balance, between intake and outtake. There's no way for people you don't know to answer this, you just have to figure it out for yourself. But, you know what, don't compare your weight to those stupid height-weight-age charts. Just try to live a naturally healthy lifestyle of exercise, healthy whole foods, and your body will go to it's natural weight anyway. If you are really into running, you will of course weigh less. If you are really into weight training and sitting on the couch, you will weigh more. Both are a natural result of your lifestyle. Want to look like a swimmer... do swimming.
