How often should I work on chest & arms (gym)?!


Question: How often should I work on chest & arms (gym).?
I've just started going to the gym again to mainly work on my upper body, chest and arms (bi- triceps). I have quite big/strong legs from playing football so my legs are not the main focus right now. I'm 5.8 and weigh 175 (22 years old). When/how should I work out and when should I rest and...when can I expect any significant results (I'm going for toned).?Health Question & Answer
