Question: Website/book to learn how to eat healthy.?
I've been trying to lose weight for the last 7 weeks and have lost 17lbs. I joined a gym a week ago, have gone EVERY day so far :)

Anyways: I want to learn what foods are "healthy" other then as everyone knows fruits and veggies. I guess I'm looking to know by looking at the nutrition facts and ingredients to know.
any tips.?

fyi, bodybuilders are the LEANEST ahtletes in the world! so they KNOW what to do. don't worry, you won't get HUGE like them because women don't produce the amount of testosterone us men do AND the women who do have size take steroids to achive that level of musculature. and you're not doing all that.

another highly recommended site is Tom Venuto's site. he gives you no b.s.. he sells a ebook too. and he has a new book coming out in jan. check him out at:
