Question: Would this help me lose 15lbs.?
Eatting salads, Turkey breast, baked fish, baked chicken, whole wheat bread, Fruits, WATER, Green diet tea and Homemade soup (only with vegtables and tomatoes soup added)

Doing 30 set ups in the morning and 30 at night, walking 30mins a day for 5 days and running in place for about 15mins.... EATING THIS FOR 3 WEEKS DO U THINK I COULD LOSE 15LBS

P.S. i dont drink milk so what else can i drink cuz i dont drink milk

Most definitely. Try eating 5 meals a day at 300 calories each. This will keep your metabolism going strong all day. Try making stir-fry with brown rice and veggies for dinner, it's delicious and packs in a lot of nutrients. Eat fruits like apples and berries that are high in fiber, which will keep you full longer. And make sure you load up on the water! Water makes you feel fuller, so drink up!

Your plan sounds solid. Just don't deprive yourself, your metabolism will suffer. And if you dont like real milk - try Light Vanilla Soy milk, you might like it..or hate it. lol I love it, and i hate real milk. Or, try taking a calcium suppliment so you're getting all the calcium your need. There are some that taste just like tootsie rolls, I forgot what they're called, but they come in a purple box. lol OK, I hope that helped!
