Just eating Cheerios will probably make you loose weight but it is also very unhealthy eating just one food. Obviously a healthy diet will help, but you need to exercise as well.

It's not as difficult as it sounds: To burn fat, you need to keep your heart rate at around 130 bpm. For most people, that is just a brisk walk or power walk. Actually, if your heart rate goes up much higher, you burn carbohydrates and although this is good for you and your heart, you won't loose as much fat as you would on a fat burn routine.

So if you can power walk, or cycle using a relativley low resistance for an hour each day, you will DEFINITELY lose weight. (remember as well, that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are using weights, you may actually put on weight, but lose fat)Health Question & Answer

Eating only cheerios is not a good thing, and will not make you healthier. Exercise, and control your junk food intake, but don't starve yourself. Take it one step at a time. Water, believe it or not, is a great junk food substitute. Carry a bottle of water (not ice cold, it will make your stomach clench) around and drink it whenever you feel the urge to snack. If you starve your body of other nutrients or a balanced diet, it will turn to your reserves (muscles) and start using those for energy. While Cheerios are great for you and taste good too, they cannot give your body all it needs to run properly. Eat Cheerios for breakfast, followed by a banana. Learn what you should be eating. Just eating one thing and hoping for the best will not.

You need to be eating lots from every food group, ideally 5 small meals a day, and taking regular exercise.

When I say food group I do not mean heavy, rich, creamy desserts. I mean every thing else.
